Trustable Nut butter
The product is great. I have used it many times but I have not rcvd my parcel yet because of pathetic couriers

I am unsure if you are the appropriate person to receive this feedback or if there is a specific channel for it, so I am sharing my observations here.
A few days ago, I purchased your Peanut Butter Chunky (No Sugar) and Chocolate Peanut Butter products. I really enjoyed the taste and flavor of both products—excellent work on that! However, I noticed a few areas where packaging could be improved:
Ingredients Section Covered:
In the attached picture, you can see that the ingredients section is partially covered by the outer label packaging. The packaging should be adjusted so that the ingredients are fully visible from the start.
Misleading 'No Sugar' Label:
The Chocolate Peanut Butter contains added sugar, but the packaging features a "No Sugar" logo. This could be misleading to customers. I’ve attached a picture for reference.
Package Color and Font:
The color of the packaging doesn’t clearly indicate the flavor. For instance, the Chocolate Peanut Butter comes in a pink package, which doesn’t intuitively suggest chocolate. A more chocolate-inspired color scheme might be more appropriate. Additionally, increasing the font size for labels like "Smooth" or "Chunky" would improve readability.
Clarification of 'No Sugar' Label:
Since most products naturally contain some sugars, it might be more accurate to label the product as 'No Added Sugar' instead of 'No Sugar'.

The quality of peanut butter is great as always but the execution of the order is too slow and delayed. I received the feedback email before I had gotten my order.
