RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Organic Inn.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has
been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Replacement Policy
We offer a replacement if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- Any item is missing from your order.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and
provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo or video of the issue.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase.
Once our team reviews and verifies the claim, a replacement will be arranged at
no additional cost.
Refund Policy
As our products are food items, we generally do not offer refunds.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where a replacement
cannot be provided. Any approved refund will be processed to the original
payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Claims We Cannot Accept
Unfortunately, we cannot process replacement or refund requests if:
- The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
- The product has been opened, consumed, or used.
- The product has been tampered with or damaged after delivery.
- The issue is reported without sufficient proof of purchase or photographic
evidence.
