Return Policy

All products purchased from Organic Inn can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery only if:

  • The packaging is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually
  • You must notify us within 5 days of delivery by writing to organicinn1@gmail.com in case you want to raise a dispute. At Organic Inn, we carefully go through each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is sent originally. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at organicinn1@gmail.com, within 5 days of delivery before any claims can be processed.
  • Replacement will be sent as soon as the customer shows enough evidence that the faulty product was sent from our end. The wrong product will be picked up by the replacement delivery rider.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products. Rs 150 is deducted for delivery charges in case of refund.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product has been used.
  • The product has tampered.
