I have received open jar from which the peanut butter was spreaded outside. I have launched a complaint within the time mentioned in return policy. The customer representative denied to launch a complaint and said the complaint must be launched with in 24 hours. This statement contradicts with the policy mentioned on official website of organic inn which is 7 days. Pathetic after sale services.
It's just literally fit my guilty diet and it's super healthy no trash ingredients, only peanuts. Means u can eat it any time 😋
But they are marketing as a tasty healthy peanut butter, yeah I do agree its totally healthy but it's taste is average because there are no trash ingredients like oil, sugar, emulsifiers and preservatives. But it's guild free so the taste really worth it. ( I just wanted to say that the taste is not as good as it is advertised )

Not sweet at all, and the package i received was broken and it was drippy, the seal was also broken
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please note that we always dispatch our parcels with proper sealing and secure packaging from our end. However, sometimes during transit the parcel may be mishandled by the courier company, which can unfortunately result in damage.
Our company is continuously working to further improve the packaging to minimize such issues. Improvements take time, but InshaAllah in the near future you will see more positive results.

I got peanut butter jar with broken seal and lid with peanut butter spilt in the cargo box. Upon requesting an exchange or refunding it. They said we will see and ghosted me and told me it is safe for use since it is delivered in a carton box, which is by NO FOOD REGULATION safe for consumption. I have been requesting them to either pick this jar off of my hand or refund me since 10 days now and they continue to ghost me.
2nd time order the product is excellent and comes with great packaging. The overall taste is also really great. Will order more again.

I have purchased for the third time. This time taste is bitter. I have talked to customer services. The person said "kisi or ne complaint nhi ki and we will inform you how to make it sweeten by adding something In butter".

It was good but the jar was damaged slightly when it came and the peanut butter was too sticky and thick and sometimes I accidentally got more than I wanted on my spoon beacuse of the stickiness

The taste was not quite likeable and was bitter, overall texture was ok also there was no foul smell but taste is what matters if I can't enjoy the taste then it feels like I'm taking medicine.

organic inn peanut butters are really good I order chunky flavor that is good no artificial flavor and no sugar I really liked it

Umm i only eat American garden peanut butter i know its imported so i tried paki peanut butter so as comparison to them i didnt really like it my advice is that try to make something like that is ok if u make price high then but quality should be like that
