The product in of itself is great! Although the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the fact that "Brown Sugar" is clearly listed despite the company's claim that there is no added sugar! A step better than using Nutella as an ingredient but it is still ultimately a lie!
My experience as a customer... terrible! Couldn't place my order through the website and when I resorted to ordering via WhatsApp, the experience was anything but smooth. The person on the other end seemed to know nothing about customer satisfaction, was having to constantly ask questions about my order which were clearly there in the form of screenshots.
Honestly believe that this company needs to reduce its budget when it comes to marketing and pump up some time, money and energy into training its staff to be able to deliver a better customer experience.
Despite the product being good, the experiences as a customer were what ultimately lead to a decreased star-rating
